Port and Noodle Connections
As you add scenes and nodes (described below), you will see the "ports" and "noodles" that are part of making those connections.
Port
A port is the incoming or outgoing pathway for any scene or node. The start node only has one outgoing port: "Start". Other nodes have incoming ports called "Start" and outgoing ports that may include "Complete", "Correct", or "Incorrect". You may use your mouse to click on a port and drag a noodle connector out of it. A node's given ports are inherent to its makeup; you cannot change, add, or delete ports from any node.
Noodle
A noodle is the line that connects ports between scenes and nodes in the graph. You may drag a line out of an outgoing port in order to prompt the dialog to add a new scene or node. You may also drag a noodle from ingoing or outgoing ports to connect to other ingoing or outgoing ports on nodes that are already present in the graph.
You may draw more than one noodle in or out of any port.
To delete a noodle:
- Select the line you want to delete.
- Hit the "Delete" key (on your keyboard) or right-click and select "Delete".
