CCK Default Panel Layout
This is how the CCK should open for you upon installing Unity and unzipping and opening the CCK package.
Graph List Panel
This panel contains a list of the graphs you have created. There is one Main Graph and you can add as many scene graphs as you like.
Main Graph
There will always be one Main Graph at the top of the list by default. The Main Graph contains only Flow Nodes, Scene Nodes, and Function Nodes. This graph controls the overall flow of scenes in your experience.
Scene Graph
Scene Graphs represent the flow of nodes for a given scene. They contain Flow Nodes, Function Nodes, Learner Experience Nodes, and Character Control Nodes. Each scene represents a curated set of interactive learner features and character dialogue/actions that support your learning objectives. You can string as many scenes together as you like in the Main Graph to form the entire learning experience.
Graph Node Editor Panel
This panel allows you to add and edit nodes in one graph at a time. To navigate to any particular graph (either the Main Graph or a Scene Graph), you select the Square Node Graph icon for the intended graph in the graph list panel. You can also open any scene graph in the Editor Panel by selecting the "Open Scene" button from any scene node in the main graph editor view.
Scene View Panel
This panel allows you to view the 3D environment, characters, and user interface visuals. In this panel, you can:
- Control your own viewpoint to move about the scene.
- Use hotspots in the SkillsVR-provided CG environments to add characters or objects to the scene.
- Use the Unity position widget on characters, objects, and UI elements to move their position relative to the environment.
- View how animation or animation timelines will look on your character after they have been added in the node view.
How to Return to the SkillsVR CCK Default Layout
To return to the default CCK layout:
- Select "SkillsVR CCK" from the top of the Unity window.

How to Customize Your Panel Layout
Unity panels can be docked, resized, moved, closed, and reopen in any way that best suits your needs. We recommend participating in the Unity Essentials Learning Pathway (opens in a new tab) if you are new to Unity and want to become proficient in navigating the software.
Reopening the SkillsVR Graph List and Graph Editor Panel for Any Layout
If you close your SkillsVR Graph Editor Panel, you may reopen it by navigating to the "SkillsVR CCK" tab at the window's top toolbar and select "Open Graph View".
