Troubleshooting
If you encounter technical issues, try the following:
- Save your work.
- Close Unity.
- Reopen the CCK project to see if your issue has been resolved.
If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please contact SkillsVR for support. To aid us in understanding your issue:
- Please go through the steps to recreate your error and type out the steps in detail.
- Describe what is actually happening, then describe what you expect to happen as a solution.
- Click on the "Window" tab at the top of the Unity window to drop down a list of Window options. Hover over the "General" option and select "Console" - this will open a console panel at the bottom of the Unity Window.
- Take a screenshot of the console panel (or your entire screen with the console panel open) and attach this to your support request.
